No, I don't think there is a correlation between those two... They might have similar symptoms, but that doesn't mean they are linked. Symptoms can he a help to lead to a diagnosis, but tests should be done to confirm any suspicion. Seeing a good doctor is a must too, is not the easiest thing to do, but is definitely a must.
