Lyme

New member
Alright I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I've had this rash for over a year now. It's strange, it doesn't itch or anything it's just there. I have been to three doctors and they all claim I have some sort of dermatitis and place me on steroids.

It does appear to be getting worse. In terms of size and how many spots there are. Below are some pictures. My dad had lyme disease about the same time I got my rashes. During that spring I was helping out on the farm. Really the only link I could find. I'm hoping someone here will have an idea what's going on. I've gone through over 200 different skin conditions and none of them match up.

I did find information about a coinfection for lyme disease where you can have a rash like mine but without it itching, burning, etc.

Pictures of the rash.

The geometry of the rash on your legs is interesting. The remainder looks like a regular rash of some sort; have you found the steroids to be effective? I would say not so much by the looks of it.

Given your father had Lyme, you were in the woods, and you have a rash such as you do, you should see a professional. There's quite a few specialists in Norfolk, Virginia: Lyme Doctors in Norfolk, Va, US | Lyme Forum and Support

How's your father doing by the way?
