Woman from France who got Lyme disease in Oregon

I talked with a woman from France who got Lyme diseease while hiking in Oreogn (where her son lives). The resulting neuropathy caused such pain that she was no longer to walk much. Her doctor there recommended a form of the B-3 vitamin, nicotinamide riboside (Niagen). After taking it for about two months the pain was gone. I didn't ask her what dose she takes. I have read that it is dose dependent, with 1000 mg being more effective than 300 mg for example. I know people whose neuropathies are either completely or nearly completely eliminated by taking the vitamin. I suggest looking at websites (.coms) like RaisngNAD and AboutNAD. NAD is the co-enzyme that is raised by taking the vitamin. The viatmin should help in regard to damage to neurons caused by the disease.
