My 8 year old daughter was dx with Lymes in July. After seeing the doctor two times for bad headaches I found a bullseye rash were her leg meets her torso (no tick). The blood tests came back positive and she was treated for 14 days with amoxicillin. Her headaches cleared and she was back to normal. On Nov 24th she started complaining again but this time is was dizziness and nausea. She says that her dizzines is all of the time (the room feels like it is spinning). We saw a neurologist and ENT. The ENT found on a hearing test that she had moderate high frequency hearing loss in one ear (related? not sure?). The MRI of brain and ear came back normal. The ENT says that the ear looks perfect. The neurologist has no follow-up for me. I have no answers but still have a dizzy child.
