Provocative antibiotics before SOT?

I tested positive for lyme and four coinfections via Igenex and vibrant labs.

I’m considering SOT treatment. It was recommended to me to do a 2 to 3 week, provocative IV antibiotic regimen to make the SOT more effective. But I can’t find any evidence online to confirm this rationale and it seems I would be just as well starting the SOT directly.

Any thoughts on this?

Hopefully this helps. From my understanding, SOT has been shut down by the FDA as it's not drug. So if someone is still treating with it then that could be concerning. On one hand could be gimmick as it has no clinical evidence of effectiveness and on the other hand, many positive things of Lyme including basic treatments were shut down. So could work wonders and just another reason for the IDSA to shut it down. I will leave you this info an hopefully it helps although I know it's late
