Like many others I had symptoms for way too long before diagnosis, and had a few doctor tell me that it was all in my head. I have been diagnosed for a year and a half, I still haven't seen a decrease in symptoms (Knock on wood) YET. My doctor hasn't seen someone with as many symptoms as I have shown, she also thinks that I have so many because I hadn't been treated sooner. I am sure that I am not alone in having others think that your not as sick as you really are or that your symptoms are not something that would disrupt your life. I hope to help myself deal with living with Lyme and maybe help others if I can.
