Here is the thread causing my concern. I've also read articles where some docs believe ALS can be tirggered by lyme.

It may sound stupid, but I'm scared of my lyme disease turning into ALS. I know it may be a whacky theory someone or many someones have conjured up.
I continue to get more and more worried as my healing process hasn't been as quick as I thought it would. I started ABx on 7/7 the day I was...
but something peculiar I've noticed, is that many of the cases of lymes are also where many afflicted people with ALS are located:
NY, New Jersey, Canada, Michigan, Florida, Connecticut, Ohio..... places in high lyme areas.

The worry I have though resides in the fact that people who have lymes often develop ALS and there are some who think that there is a correlation that the lymes actually triggered ALS.
