One day old bite

Half inch wide bump appeared on skin yesterday. Almost like a bubble with surrounding redness. Its changed a bit in last 24 hours. Photo hopefully gives you an idea. There are ticks around. What do you think? Does it look suspicious? How long should I wait to get it looked at? Thanks
