    upila I lost a ton of weight on 2.5 months of ABX. I'm cheating on the sugar thing and having a milk shake with a protein supplement once a day. That has stabilized my weight. I've got a new one ordered that will double the calories. Most days I take Threelac which adds the good bugs to my gut.

    Dana: Look into Welchol. When I take 2 doses twice a day the Herx are minor the following day. If not then I'm miserable. It takes about 3 weeks to kick in.

    Tom: The therapy lasts about 15 minutes and the results are immediate. It seems to last about 3 days, however the results seem cummulative also. Take a look at the cool laser treatments also. The results are similar.
