Default Is this lymes??

For over a year Iíve had off and on again odd symptoms and sometimes they last for days and come and go:
Pins and needles and tingling hands feet left side worse
Random twitching in random places
Tingling R cheek.
An hour or two each afternoon where I feel fatigued and like I am getting sick and then it passes
Shingles in Jan
Influenza A in March
Chronic hives for 4 months and 3 huge hives on my inner thighs turned into bullseyes in September. A dermatologist said to get tested for lymes and Elsa test came back negative and general practitioner refused to test me with the western blot
Floaters worse sometimes
Symptoms worse around period
Pins on bottom of foot sometimes upon waking up and walking
Joint pain
Sore back sometimes when waking up
Facial flushing
Short of breath sometimes
Sometimes my toes are freezing on R side usually
Boobs sore
For a couple days my stomach looked sun burnt
Pressure on stomach

Afraid I could have ALS or ms but what about these bullseyes? Doctors keep dismissing it. Today a doctor told me lymes is a fad

I am so nervous and anxiety so high!! Help!
