Default Does this look like a tick bite

This was taken a week or so after the bite in July. My daughter has been ill since July. The doctor thinks it might be Chronic Fatigue. Swollen glands, headache on temples, tummy ache, night sweats, very tired and will sleep for very long periods. Low mood. Gets agitated easily.
This was not the only bite. They were all very large 3-5 cm in diameter.
Looking for help.
