Smile seeking advice

Hello. I'm looking to get advice if possible about what I should do if after two days I got a small rash after a tick bite.
I removed the tick hours(approx. 3h) after it attached into my skin, but the doctor who removed it squashed the tick slightly over the hole body. It had no blood and I took it with me and put it in a freezer if need be. The tick was pretty small, a bit smaller than a sesame seed. Over the past couple of days I had nothing showing but this morning I scratched there and had found after that this had appeared. Don't mean to sound hypochondriac about it, do I need to see a doctor?

I attached a couple photos as reference.

Smile Re: seeking advice

Find a medical practitioner with experience in treating Lyme disease. Antibiotic therapy only works well in the first 6 week after infection.
