Hello, I removed a tick from the back of my ear today. My whole ear is sore and there are small dots and faint bruising all around the removal site. Should I be worried or does this look normal?

Hello, I woke up today with pain on the back of my ear and discovered a tick. We removed it without issue but the pain persists and there are a bunch of dots and some faint bruising around the bite. Might this have been the tick biting several times or should I be worried? From what I am seeing...
